I am a customer!
We love gun people, but we are not a traditional gun buying platform. If you don’t have a Federal Firearms License, we can’t do business, but we can still be friends. We are not only interested in profits, but we are also interested in building relationships with people who appreciate our country and values. Send us a howdy below. But the best way to support us is to tell your local dealer about us.
I am a liberal !
Welcome! We are glad you are showing interest in firearms and the Second Amendment, but we regret to inform you that you will not find anything here. This is a site for dealers holding an active Federal Firearms License and we are pretty sure you don’t even have a carry permit. So please tell your friends that we didn’t let you in. Actually, don’t tell your friends about us, our troll meter is pegged. If you’re just an anti-gun nut and want to spew your uneducated opinion, send us an email at spam@gunloaded.com. We’ll make sure to give it it’s proper attention. Bye!
I am a Trump Supporter !
MAGA Yeah! Did you hear that? Listen…every time someone says MAGA, somewhere a leftist’s head explodes. Kinda makes you smile, huh? Ahh, we love the sweet sound of winning and the salty taste of leftist tears. Unfortunately, if you don’t have a Federal Firearms License, we can’t do business, but we’re thankful you’re here supporting the cause of liberty. And remember, Annoy a Liberal. Buy a Gun.
What is gunloaded?
Gunloaded is an exclusive business to business (B2B) marketplace that connects verified Federal Firearm Licensees (FFLs) with other FFL dealers to buy, sell, and trade excess inventory. This includes firearms, ammunition, optics, gear and any other gun-related items.
Gunloaded is not a firearms retailer or traditional gun buying platform. We don’t sell firearms and gun-related products, and we never get involved in transactions. What we do is bring together dealers with inventory to unload, with dealers who want to reload.
A flat $299 annual subscription fee is all you pay.
That’s right, we charge ZERO transaction fees and 0% commission.

Because Gunloaded only allows verified dealers to register and use the site you can buy with confidence.
You negotiate the price. You negotiate the terms. And because we don’t charge transaction fees or commissions, you save money.
Looking for an item that is out-of-stock with your distributor? Post a Wanted ad. Buying in bulk? We can do that too.
Avoid scammers, fraudsters, non-paying buyers, accidentally violating state laws or the risks of lawsuits.
Because Gunloaded only allows verified dealers to register and use the site you can sell without the hassles common to selling to the general public.
Selling one item or liquidating your entire inventory? Do it all here. For one low price. Going out of Business? Package and sell everything in one lot.
Revive the art of bartering. Most platforms don’t allow old school trading because they can’t charge for it.
But since we don’t charge transaction fees or commissions you are free to structure the deal anyway you want. Dust off that copy of Getting to Yes, or our personal favorite, Never Split the Difference and negotiate a trade that works for everyone.
Trade a rifle for two handguns. Trade ammo for an optic. You set the terms. You negotiate The Art of the Deal.
Gunloaded reminds buyers and sellers to always comply with local, state and federal law
Why gunloaded?
Excess inventory
Inventory carrying costs can have significant impact on profitability. Excess or slow-moving inventory, poor planning or forecasting, and inadequate inventory management can be a huge drain on business finances. These costs are commonly calculated to be 25-30% of the inventory itself. Increased competition and shrinking margins in the gun business sure don’t help either.
What if you can unload that inventory to another dealer? Safe. Secure. Simple.
Anti-gunners
The enemies of freedom are on the prowl, always looking to trip us up and run us out of business.
In 1993 there were over 282,000 FFL licensees. By 1997 that number had dropped below 100,000 and has never recovered. As of 2023 Type 01 dealers totaled 50,309.
In 2021 the Biden Administration implemented a zero-tolerance policy toward gun dealers. In 2022 the ATF tripled the number of licenses they revoked the year before, the most of any year since 2008. In 2023 that number doubled again. In 2023 ATF revoked 170 licenses, up from only 5 in the last six months of 2021. Another 1,343 were surrendered or went out of business.
That’s over 1,500 dealers a year with inventory they need to get rid of.
And as part of the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act (BACA) the Biden administration announced a rule banning dealers who have their licenses revoked from transferring business inventory to their personal collection. Instead, it must be disposed through another licensed dealer.
Changing laws
What happens when a state passes another unconstitutional gun law and now dealers are faced with an inability to sell product in state?
In 2019 Dick’s Sporting Goods announced they would no longer sell “assault weapons” and, instead of selling them elsewhere, chose to destroy them! (Pause for a moment of silence) Don’t be a Dick, sell it to someone else.
It is estimated a new law in Washington State, which takes effect in July 2025, could put 10-20% of the state’s 3,300 FFL’s out of business.
Don’t sell that inventory one at a time online, get rid of your entire unsold inventory to another dealer who operates in a free state.
Best of all- Save money!
Everyone has a hand in your pocket…except us. Inflation is high. Margins are low.
What if you can pay AT or BELOW dealer cost by buying from another licensee instead of a distributor?
Want to buy and sell without needing a degree in calculus to determine the cost of fees?
The Gunbroker page on fees has over 2,200 words. Ours is three words- There are none.
Stop getting nickel and dimed by commissions and fees. Save time and money. Start using Gunloaded today.
Frequently asked questions
Our website is exclusively for businesses that are legally authorized to buy and sell firearms and related products. Proof of a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) is required to create an account and make purchases.
To create an account, click the “Register” button at the top of our homepage. You will be asked to provide your business information, including your FFL or equivalent license details.
Our integrated phone verification system allows us to instantly approve most licensees using information pulled directly from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF).
You will receive an email notification once your account has been approved, which typically only takes a few minutes. Some approvals may take 1-2 business days.
To verify your business, we require the following documents:
A valid Federal Firearms License (FFL).
A government-issued photo ID for the person registering the account.
There is a flat $299 annual subscription charge. That’s less than $25/month. And because we hate paying fees, we don’t charge you any. That’s right, we charge NO commissions and NO transaction fees.
Gunloaded only collects an annual subscription fee from users. We accept all major Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover).
When completing transactions, users are free to accept whatever form of payment they choose. However, Gunloaded does recommend GunTab for all non-face-to-face transactions. GunTab is a gun-friendly payment platform created to fill the void in an anti-gun world. GunTab is a trusted third party which holds the buyer’s payment in escrow until both sides are satisfied. This protects against scams, fraud and chargebacks. In fact, they guarantee it.
We remind users that payment platforms such as PayPal, Venmo and Zelle prohibit firearm and ammunition related transactions.
Yes, users are allowed to buy, sell, and trade firearms, ammunition, optics, gear, and any other firearm related products.
Because it’s our site and we said so. Plus, there are a dozen other sites that already do that, and we want to be different.
Because sellers are offering products at or below dealer cost, we limit visibility to registered users and verified dealers only. Well, that, and there are a lot of anti-gun trolls and we’re trying to keep them out of our store. We don’t want to have to add trigger warnings because some snowflake saw a scary image of a…you know, the thing.
We provide the platform and encourage users to purchase using the site, but if you want to contact the seller directly and buy in person, that’s ok with us. We’re happy to have made the connection.
A licensee holding a Type 03 FFL, Collector of Curios and Relics (C&R License) might be considered the black sheep of the FFL world, but we do recognize valid C&R licenses. (That’s how we got started too) The account verification process is a little longer, and a little less streamlined, but you are still welcome to register for access to the site.
Just know that not all sellers will accept a C&R license even if the item is C&R eligible. And because we don’t get involved in transactions, we won’t make them. You can still buy non-firearm related items for sale on the site that do not require an FFL.
