As noted in the Terms and Conditions policy Gunloaded is a listing and information service that brings together Buyers and Sellers. Gunloaded.com is not a party to any transaction between Buyers and Sellers that originates on or through the Site. Gunloaded is not the seller. Gunloaded never takes possession of any items. Gunloaded does not participate in negotiation of terms of sale or terms of delivery of items. Gunloaded does not receive or hold legal ownership or title of Items, does not receive, hold or transfer legal ownership of Items from the Seller to the Buyer.
Gunloaded recommends the use of Guntab.com for all non-face-to-face transactions. Users should refer to the return and refund policies at Guntab.com for more information. For transactions completed independent of Guntab, returns and refunds will be handled directly by, and according to, the terms agreed upon between buyer and seller. If you have questions about these policies, please contact the selling dealer directly. Gunloaded offers no buyer protection, refunds or returns, and assumes no liability. User REGISTRATION AND SUBSCRIPTION fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. FEES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR ANY PRORATION OR CREDIT, EVEN IF ACCESS TO THE SITE IS CANCELED OR TERMINATED EARLY.
